Regarding the position
Group Product Managers and Product Managers make up our product team. The Product Manager collaborates on an ambitious plan with four to six software engineers and a product designer in a Product Squad. Our product managers are dedicated to keeping us at the forefront of collaborative learning.
We are hiring a number of Product Managers to oversee the functional and technical scope of the squads in order to ensure the delivery of our new products and solutions. They will recognize issues, formulate fixes, and oversee delivery. As communicated by their Group Product Manager, they ensure that their plan is in line with the group's goal.
Within a month, you will:
. Complete our onboarding process and become an expert in Trello
.Through training, discover more about our product line.
. Have virtual coffee meetings and happy hours to get to know the worldwide team.
In three months, you will:
. Create user stories and feature specs
. Oversee your team's roadmap and product backlog.
. Make sure new features are delivered on schedule and efficiently.
. Attend to client discoveries and modify solutions as necessary.
In six months, you will:
. Develop into an authority on any issue pertaining to your team's user stories, roadmap, and product backlog.
. Collaborate with other important parties, such as product designers, engineering managers, and other product managers.
. Encourage internal and external stakeholders to question your solutions.
. Take responsibility for your team's performance in relation to the desired KPIs.
. Take responsibility for your team's quarterly OKRs.
The Set of Skills
. Transforming product vision into solutions and goods
. Proficiency in overseeing a product backlog, including setting priorities, negotiating, establishing MVPs, defining criteria, and creating roadmaps
. Demonstrated influence when working for a consultant, startup, or scale-up
. Proven capacity to collaborate with engineering and product management teams to assess new ideas, debate technical concepts, and make choices to remove obstacles
. Proficiency in handling intricate issues with several technical and business parties
. Strong teamwork and excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to explain solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
. Skills in conflict resolution and leadership are essential.
. You are proficient in English at a working level (B2 or above).
